How fast will I receive my Spark Boost?

You can choose between two delivery options:

Instant Access ($4.99): usually delivered within 30 minutes, depending on your bank.
Standard Access (Free):typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

Is Spark the same as Earned Wage Access?

No. Spark is not an Earned Wage Access program. Earned Wage Access advances money you've already earned from your employer. Spark Boost is not connected to your employer, your payroll or your earned wages. Spark is designed to offer short-term support and financial wellness tools while helping you avoid costly overdraft fees. Your monthly membership costs $9.99, less than a typical $35 overdraft charge.

How does Spark Boost billing work?

Spark Boost is part of your Spark membership, and everything is designed to be clear and transparent. Any applicable charges are shown on the confirmation page before you proceed and are processed using your authorized payment method on file. There are no late fees or penalties. If you need help with a scheduled charge or want to manage your Spark Boost activity, you can do so directly from your Spark dashboard or reach out to our support team. Our goal is to keep things flexible and work with you in a way that fits your situation.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Spark uses bank-level encryption and trusted partners like Plaid to securely connect your payroll and bank accounts. As part of our security process, we may verify your identity to help protect against fraud. Your information is always encrypted and never shared without your consent.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Once we receive your request, you’ll get a confirmation. You’ll keep your membership benefits until the end of your billing cycle, and there are no cancellation fees.

Does Spark share my Spark Score with others?

No. Your Spark Score is private and secure. It is only visible to you inside your Spark account and is used to support your personal financial journey.
